perky perky perky! the perky polka dots print is definitely finding its way onto everything from dresses to tops to bikinis this season! dunno bout you, but for me, eversince i saw julia roberts in that brown dress with white polkas in pretty women, i've had a soft spot for them. i like to call me polka dots dorothy. (i dunno why... but dorothy is just so...polkadots lol!). and so here is a flowy chiffon polka dress, and it's from dot's! (see! almost sound like dorothy!). love it cus it's retro with a playful, flirtatiously girlish twist. match it with some polka bendable headband, which appears to be quite the in-trend right now. not forgetting, polka wedge shoes with a little frills, just like the dress! finally, my favorite - the antique carriage bag! OMG so cute can!? just the perfect vintage touch to a yesteryear's polka dot dress!
